- Oil Based Paint: If you are painting on something that already has been painted in past then you should be using an oil based paint. The only disadvantage is that the cleaning process can be a bit hard so use a paint that’s thinner.

- Flat paints are good for touch-ups and are more seamless
- Glossy paints have better durability
